About this Death Cafe

Mike has felt a calling to the deathcare field since he was very young. For various reasons he was not able to follow that road until just a few years ago. Now he has jumped in with both feet and is doing everything he can to make up for lost time. By teaming up with Michele Mielnik and providing the space at Drayton Memorial Cremation and Funeral Services an opportunity for all to learn and grow in understanding the death process.

About Michele Mielnik/ Mike McCrae

Michelle is a Certified Grief Educator and a continual learner through "The Centre for Sacred Deathcare." She is passionate about helping people understand and learning to cope with death.

Mike is pleased to assist Michele and is a recent graduate and Certified Death Doula. Mike believes that understanding the death process will help people accept the inevitable.
