I am part of the Buddhist community where I live and have recently decided to retrain as a therapist and Death Doula.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I'm in training as an end of life doula with Living Well Dying Well which is a wonderful training. I want to encourage people to reflect on death so that we can live more meaningfully and die more peacefully and comfortably. I am interested in helping people to plan for the end of life
What would you like your legacy to be?
To have been able to embosy kindness more.
Thoughts for sharing:
I believe death is best integrated into lfe and long to face the reality of death with kindness and acceptance.
