This Death Cafe will form part of the Pictures of My Father Exhibition
About Surface Gallery
Dr Peter Day is a photographer and lecturer whose project 'Pictures of my Father' explores his grief at his fathers death in a way that not only captures his own personal experience of loss but aims to prompt reflection, contemplation and discussion of this highly emotive subject amongst the audience.
To coincide with the themes of the exhibition, two Death Cafes will be held at Surface Gallery facilitated by Dr Judith Wester, a thanatologist and co-founder of CEDAR - Community Education in Death Awareness and Resources
