Getting the Most Out of Life is and Alameda County program designed to increase education and utilization of advance care planning and hospice services within the County. We believe it is important to have informal spaces where honest dialogue about death can occur. All are welcome!
About Getting the Most Out of Life - MK Nelson
MK Nelson has worked in hospice for nearly 10 years, as a Chaplain, Bereavement Counselor and Community Educator. She is currently employed by Alameda County and by Mission Hospice.
