About this Death Cafe
we have had four successful sessions thus far. our evaluations indicate a positive reception. our guests are returning and the conversation is ever expanding. we currently have no sponsors and our events are free. we are offering some snacks this meeting for the first time. the expected growing pains are helping us learn and improve our outcomes. our sessions have included between 7-10 guests ranging in age from mid fourties thru mid eighties.we have cafes' scheduled twice monthly with confirmed dates thru december. we have a morning session in the southern part of the county and an evening session in the northern part of the county. please join us on facebook at indian river county death cafe for futher dates and places. in addition to email and facebook, we can be reached thru eula at 772 589 4754. thank you and we look forward to meeting any new members.

we are a core group of four organizers. included are thanatologist, business owner, licensed practical nurse, and registered nurse. we each bring something unique to the conversation. our backgrounds include, medical coding, professional counseling, critical care, hospice and private duty nursing. we are diverse and entertaining. we alternate facilitators as needed, but we are all implementing the free form concept in a comfortable, respectful atmosphere.
