About this Death Cafe
Our host is The Gallery at Stone & Spoon. Owner, Jen Eastridge, generously teamed up with Acacia - End of Life Services to host this event! We will provide the space as well as beverages and a light snack for guests.
Stone & Spoon is located at 110 W. Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti, MI. The Gallery is the space above the shop! To enter, you will enter the store and head up the stairs that are in the back.
We will meet monthly - the last Tuesday of every month! 5-7 is our meeting time but please feel free to come and go as it's convenient for you. November 30th will be our FIRST meeting and we are thrilled to welcome all of you!

*Due to the charm of the historic building that The Gallery is located in, all guests will have to take a flgiht of stairs up to our meeting space

About The Gallery at Stone and Spoon / Hanna of Acacia End of Life Services
My name is Hanna Hasselschwert and I am the founder of Acacia - End of Life Services. As a Death Doula, one of my main goals is to destigmatize death and dying, to make this less of an awkward conversation. This is one of the main reasons I wanted to begin hosting this Death Cafe. I am thrilled to create an environment where we can talk openly about all things death!
