About this Death Cafe
both Zoe and I are down to earth and people find us aproachable and caring.
we also want people to realise there are other alternatives to the standard funeral. We are often asked questions that I am suprised that are still being asked.
Death is still a taboo and the oportunity to talk through peoples thoughts, fears and to look apon death as a sad but normal part of life.

Both Zoe and I work in the funeral industry.
Zoe is a funeral arranger and I am a funeral celebrant.
in our professional life we are often asked about aspects of death and choices people have.
We want to allow people to have a safe space to talk about different aspect of death.
